I graduated from Trinity Lutheran Seminary, Columbus, Ohio in 1999. Previous to that, I worked in Television and Radio in Cleveland and Cincinnati. Nancie and I just celebrated 25 years of marriage. Four children joined us along the way; Tom, Sarah, Andy and Abby.

I served a parish for 10 years in Medina County. As of July 2009, I feel blessed to be in ministry partnership at Zion. I trust that you will find the congregation as welcoming as Nancie and I did.

Linda Hilliard

Pastor Linda Hilliard has enjoyed ministry at Zion for a number of years. She attended Trinity Lutheran Seminary in Columbus, Ohio and was ordained in 1986. With further training in Clinical Pastoral Education, Pastor Hilliard became a board certified chaplain in 1992 and served for many years in the hospital and nursing home settings.  With the intention to be an extension of Christ's healing presence in the world, Pastor Linda also holds certifications as a spiritual director and yoga teacher.

She is married to Pastor Alex Hilliard. They have four children, Sarah, who is married to Jason, Grace, Elijah and Bethany who all “launched” from home, leaving them with their three dogs and three cats for company. They are also blessed with one grandchild, Rachel Lyn, born to Sarah and Jason.
