Sunday School Rally Day!
Sunday, September 7th at 9:45 a.m.

                   “We’re All on God’s Team”
On Sunday, September 7th, at 9:45 a.m. ALL Sunday School students ages 3 through 12th grade are to meet in the Crossroads where they will meet their teachers and be dismissed to their classrooms.  Adult Sunday School will also meet in the Crossroads at 9:45 a.m.

Everyone is asked to wear his/her favorite sportswear for the day because “We’re All on God’s Team!” After the Pep Rally in the Crossroads at 9:45 a.m. the activities for Sunday School will continue at our Congregational Picnic, which will be at 12:00 noon.

We hope ALL will make every effort to bring their children to Sunday School Rally Day on Sunday, September 7th, at 9:45 a.m.

Congregational Picnic
Sunday, September 7th at 12:00 noon

Our church picnic will be held on the front lawn immediately following the 11:00 a.m. worship service on Sunday, September 7th. Reservations are required and a free will offering will be taken. 

This will also be the kick-off Rally day to our Sunday School program and we are hoping for a wonderful turn-out of support.

Menu will include:Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Corn-on the-Cob, Baked Beans, Salad, Dessert & Drinks

Saturday Night Worship at 5:00 p.m.
Sunday Morning Worship at 8:30 & 11:00 a.m.
Sunday School - 9:45 a.m. (Opening Day! - September 7)

3rd Annual “Night at the Winery”
Saturday, September 13th

Where: Mastropietro Winery (14558 Ellsworth Road, Berlin Center)
When: 6:00- 11:00 p.m.
Cost:   $10.00 per person

Share an evening of fun and adult fellowship.  Sandwiches and soda provided. Please bring a side dish, salad, or dessert to share. If desired, beer and wine may be purchased by the glass or bottle at the winery.  Sign up at the Welcome Center.

“Beginnings”
Sundays at 9:45 a.m. In the Library

• Would you like to know more about the priorities of our Pastor and leaders?
• Do you wonder how this congregation functions?
• Are you wondering if becoming a member of Zion is right for you?

“Beginnings” classes meet on five consecutive weeks to help adults explore these questions and build relationships with other regular worshipers at Zion.

Attending these five sessions is encouraged as an excellent way to prepare for membership at Zion.  However, the classes are not required for membership, nor is membership expected of those who attend.

Members are also encouraged to attend these classes to share in a review of these topics, and to meet some of the people worshiping at Zion.

Both members and regular guests are invited to join this session of “Beginnings” during the 9:45 a.m. Sunday School hour starting on September 21^st in the Library.
